Content and takedown
Draft prepared September 10, 2026
Venues upload photographs and descriptions of their courts, and guests upload a profile picture. This page says what may go up, and how to get something taken down.
1. What you may upload
Only material you own or are licensed to use, showing what it claims to show. A venue's photographs must be of that venue.
2. What may not go up
- Anything you do not have the rights to.
- Anything sexual, violent, hateful, or degrading to a person or group.
- Photographs of identifiable people who have not agreed to appear, and anything at all involving children.
- Somebody else's name, logo or branding used to pass your venue off as theirs.
- Contact details, prices or offers placed in an image to route bookings off the platform.
- Anything unlawful under Philippine law.
3. Permission you give us
What you upload stays yours. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store it, show it in the service and use it to promote the listing it belongs to, for as long as it is on the platform. Removing it ends that, apart from copies kept in backups for a short period.
4. Reporting something
Write to us through the contact form or at takedown email address, and tell us:
- the page it is on, and which image or words you mean;
- what is wrong with it;
- if it is yours and was taken without permission, enough for us to see that it is yours;
- how to reach you.
We aim to acknowledge within number of business days. We may hide the material while we look into it, and we tell whoever uploaded it so they can answer.
5. What we do about it
We remove material that breaks these rules, and we may suspend an account that keeps posting it. We are not obliged to monitor everything uploaded, and removing something is not us taking a side in a dispute between two other parties.
6. If you disagree with a removal
Reply to the message telling you about it and we will look again. Repeated or bad-faith reports are themselves grounds for us to act.
